Participation conditions

Participation conditions:

• sending the registration form (e-mail or fax)
• making payment of the conference fee (the conference fee includes: participation, conference materials, simultaneous interpretation, meals: lunches, dinners, coffee breaks, as well as participation in accompanying events)

The conference fee (per person): €500 (incl. VAT) / €400 (incl. VAT)*

The conference fee does not include accommodation, breakfast and transfers!

Applications are processed according to their dates of reception. The number of participants is limited.

Cancellation – return of the conference fee:

The cancellations are to be made in writing. For cancellations received by May 28th, 2009, the conference fee, less a deduction of EUR 150, shall be returned. For cancellations received later than May 28th, 2009, the participation fee shall be charged in full.

 
The cancellation shall be reported by fax to EFPE Forum Organization Office.
